Founded in 2023, our home in Maplewood, Minnesota was created with a clear purpose: to provide a supportive, personalized environment for adults 55+ with disabilities and seniors—where independence is respected and care is thoughtfully delivered.
We are more than an assisted living provider—we are a home built on trust, consistency, and genuine connection. Our approach focuses on the whole person. We support not only physical health, but also emotional well-being, independence, and daily purpose. At Tenacity Living, our team is built on experience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to caregiving.
Led by our licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Supervisor, our team brings a strong clinical foundation to the care we provide. Over 70% of our team are actively pursuing degrees in nursing or other healthcare-related fields, reflecting our ongoing commitment to growth, knowledge, and high-quality care.
Every member of our staff has hands-on experience in healthcare or caregiving settings. We are dedicated to doing this work the right way—with compassion, attention to detail, and a deep respect for those we serve.
